21st Century Leadership

This introductory leadership workshop uses the Kotter model of leadership and change as a foundation to explore the changing workforce and its impact on today’s leader. This highly interactive workshop builds knowledge and skills around critical leadership styles and behaviors. Areas explored include:

• The difference between leading and managing
• Setting vision/direction for the organization/function
• Situational leadership
• Style in leadership using the Extended DISC® System

This workshop is for new supervisors or managers seeking a solid framework for leading. It is a great workshop for those wishing to update or refresh their leadership knowledge.

The 21st Century Leadership workshop can be implemented in a half-day or full-day program. Delivery includes Extended DISC® Personal Analysis and Leadership Profile, case studies, paired and group activities, work plans and commitment sheets.
