Claudia Masterson, Executive Administrative Assistant

Claudia Masterson began her career at SH&A in 1995. Prior to joining SH&A Claudia worked in the healthcare products and healthcare service industries for Baxter Healthcare and HealthTech Services Corporation. Claudia gained a wealth of experience in those industries, holding such positions as Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Sr. Statistical Specialist, Technical Information Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator.

Her role at SH&A as our Executive Administrative Assistant finds Claudia wearing a number of hats. Her attention to detail, team spirit, and her ability to collaborate with SH&A's internal staff have proven to be invaluable assets. Claudia is our in-house contact for clients utilizing Interpersonal Impact and Team Excellence and is our Internet research specialist on projects requiring extensive search.

While Claudia's two sons are off to college, she and her husband enjoy the companionship of their four year old chocolate lab, Max. Other interests include gardening, reading, and trying out recipes she sees on the television food shows. She brings a Chicago South side perspective to the office by cheering on her 2005 World Series Chicago White Sox Champions.
