Our Team

Susan Ash Williams, Senior Consultant

Susan Ash Williams has more than 25 years experience in a variety of corporate and educational environments. That experience has been with leading companies in healthcare and telecommunications as well as a nationally ranked graduate school of business. While concentrating her career primarily in human resource management, she also possesses significant experience in sales, finance and operations for both small and large corporations.

Ms. Williams specializes in organizational learning, staffing project management, and small group facilitation. At St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates, she has earned the title of Master Trainer.  She has also worked with clients on the Accelerated Staffing And Planning Process (ASAPP ). Her responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interviewing, strategy planning and team building functions.

Ms. Williams obtained her BS in history Summa Cum Laude from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois. After completing graduate business course work at both Northwestern and Indiana Universities, she received her MBA-Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.  She has also recently graduated from Western Michigan University with an MA in Counseling Psychology.  Having passed the National Counseling Exam in 2007, Sue is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC).

Sue has served as a parent representative on numerous local school district school improvement teams.  She is a Cardinal and Cub Fan, an exceedingly slow runner, a novice knitter, a West Michigan Beach Bum, and the very proud (and occasionally exasperated) Mom of two young adult daughters!!!  Life Is Good!
