Kris Schneiter, Senior Consultant

Kris Schneiter has over 15 years of experience in contract recruiting and staffing. Kris' strategic approach to the staffing process enables her to fully understand client needs and requirements, resulting in timely, quality hires in a cost effective manner. Prior to her career in the recruitment and staffing area of HR consulting, Kris held positions in sales and service management, as well as product and operations management in the medical products and distribution industries.

Kris' roles with St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates have taken on a variety of project leadership and solo assignments for various size clients representing a wide range of industries. Kris is known for her creative sourcing strategies, her high ratio of source to hire and her ability to meet deadlines with quality hires in an efficient, cost effective manner.

She received her BS degree in Social Science from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, CO. She is a frequent volunteer in her community, having held positions for the Lincolnshire School District 103 and acted as Chairperson, ALS registration for Miles For Monte Fund Raisers. Kris is the proud mother of two, and in her spare time she works to develop her strategic side by pursuing golf, bridge and tennis between Cessna 180 flights and Harvester tractor rides with her spouse.
