Interpersonal Impact deals with the way individuals choose to conduct themselves, how their behavior effects others and the type of interaction within the structure of relationships.
This two-day workshop helps participants understand specifically the impact they create on others and why. 360° (boss, peers, direct reports, clients) feedback is collected on a series of 19 dimensions, yielding descriptions of eight categories of researched effective communication behaviors.
A detailed feedback report and workbook is fed back to the participant individually or through the two-day session. Their results are also presented in comparison to team, organization and global norms. From this information, the individual develops an action plan that is shared with key people when they return to the job.
An optional Change Survey© is conducted six to eight months later to measure how well the individual executed their action plan.
